The past month has been very busy! Here are some items from March and April 2024:
- James was the only candidate to qualify for the August Democratic Primary, and so will advance to the November general election unopposed.
- We had our official campaign kick-off event on Friday, March 22, which was covered by WKOM radio.
- We continue to build fundraising momentum as we concluded the first quarter of 2024.
- James attended Mule Day in Columbia.
- James attended the NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet in Pulaski.
- James also attended a school board meeting in Hohenwald where vouchers were discussed, and meet-and-greet events in Lewisburg.
- We have relaunched our campaign store and now offer t-shirts and bumper stickers.
- We printed out first campaign literature and will start canvassing soon.
- James attended campaign/candidate training events.
